Hannah's emotive songs have featured on TV series Grey’s Anatomy, and a live session on BBC Radio 2. She has shared the stage with Madeleine Peyroux and folk luminaries such as Seth Lakeman, Cara Dillon and Fairport Convention - but this afternoon you get her all to yourselves!
